Fats. What do these have to do with health and fitness? Fats are not the enemy. Fats also protect body organs. One health benefit is that olive oil can help reduce blood pressure. Just remember to stick with healthy fats that can be found in foods like avocados. Secondly, remaining active is essential for good health: Taking gradual but progressive steps is imperative. The final step now is just to start on your journey towards better health and fitness.
